This blog will give accounts, pictures and comments on the educational activities and learning mobilities of an Erasmus+ project that is co-funded by the European Union and which unites three schools: Liceo Camillo Golgi in Breno (Italy), Collège du Carbet, in Martinique and Liceul Onisifor Ghibu in Sibiu (Romania). Students will understand the link between local, organic or garden food and sustainable development.

Congratulations to Robert and Adrian, students at "Onisifor Ghibu" High School in Sibiu!!

They designed a beautiful brochure of the Hosman Mill that continues to produce delicious traditional polenta as in the past. The brochure has been given to the owner of this old mill and can be handed out to any other student or teenager who comes and visits the site. Indeed, we visited the mill on Friday 15th this year during the project meeting in Sibiu and we were all delighted by the amazing taste of this bread made with this locally produced flour and served with yummy runny cheese on top!! Great experience of Romanian local food!

Our sincere congratulations also go to Radu and Tudor who created the brochure of the Trans Agape bakery which we visited on Thrusday 14th of January in the afternoon.

Another very pleasant educational and culinary moment planned by the Romanian teachers and students from "Onisifor Ghibu" High School. The bread and biscuits we sampled there were really nice and now we all definitely feel like like eating them more regularly!!
